ABOUT ME


My name is Meron; I was brought up in a culture where coffee is a means of social gathering and a place to have fun with friends and family. Coffee in Ethiopian culture earns a great place that it has its own way of brewing technique that is so unique from any part of the world. This cultural way of preparing makes the coffee, delicate, sweet, unique in test and have pungent aroma.

Wandering around the streets of London with a tired body from a busy and stressful day, I wanted to have one cup of delicious Ethiopian coffee, instead I ended up searching most places in London but couldn’t find one. I was shocked and amazed that in a beautiful city like London it was really hard to find the decent Ethiopian coffee with its cultural presentation.

From that day on I made it my goal to show the whole world this delicious coffee as if it presented back home. I start serving on the Camden lock market, which is one of the best tourist attraction place in London to meet people from all over the world, tell individual about the birthplace of coffee and its unique taste. Though it has hard and challenging served a small scale coffee farmer, it is what I am ought to do and still doing which make it so uniquely tasty. I serve a freshly roasted coffee, which makes my coffee, delicate, rich in flavour and sweat.

I have a vision to make my business one of the leading coffee suppliers in the world without changing its cultural taste and beauty.
