Sidamo

Central-southern Ethiopia coffees are classified as Sidamo coffee. This coffee is grown in the Prov- ince of Sidamo in the Ethiopian highlands at elevation from 4,600 to 7,200 feet above sea level. Sidamo coffees have a variety of coffee flavour depending on the washed or unwashed, the area dif- ference where it grew specifically, soil type, micro climate and heir- loom coffee tree making it dif- ficult to make a distinct character in the taste.
